G2005のプロバイダーマニュアルになぜ、突如team dynamicsが出てきたのか？、evidenceはあるのかな？という疑問の話でした。

G2010には、「チームワークは様々な臨床状況で患者のアウトカムに影響を与えると報告されている。チームワークやリーダシップのトレーニングは、蘇生行為を改善させることが示されている。」といった感じの記載があり、チームワークとリーダーシップのトレーニングはACLSコースに含めるべきである（Class I LOE B)　と推奨しています。へーそうなんだ。

引用文献も沢山あります。自分の情報収集能力不足でした。ちょっと読んでみたい題名がいっぱいです。
